RETURN POLICY

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) is required in order to return unused fittings and valves. Due to Covid restrictions, packages received without return authorization will not be accepted. Requests to return unused fittings or valves can be sent to Sales@FastFittings.com and must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) please email Sales@FastFittings.com.

Unused NON-DEFECTIVE items in packages with part numbers clearly identified and in resalable condition are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

DEFECTIVE items may be returned at Fast Fittings discretion for replacement or refund to original credit card used to place the order. No cash refunds will be given. Please include the following information with the returned merchandise:

Customer Name

RMA Number Required

Original Order Number or Invoice Number

Nature Of Problem

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the returned product is received once inspection and traceability requirements are met.

These products are intended for use by qualified, experienced professionals, and the selection of appropriate products for the intended use must be made by persons knowledgeable in this field.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Please be sure to count the cartons you sign for and note any damage on the bill of Lading. Open your order immediately to check for any concealed damage. If damaged, the original carton should be kept for possible carrier inspection. Shortage or damage claims need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. To process a claim, we need your invoice number. Once we ship an order, it is consigned to the carrier. Please note: They are responsible for any shortage or damage incurred - until you sign a clear bill of receipt. Usually, carriers will not honor a claim if they have a signed receipt from you.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All of our goods are guaranteed only to the extent of replacing, requiring or repairing any part that proves defective in workmanship or material, provided it is reported to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the part. No responsibility will be assumed for deterioration, wear or injury of parts which results from age, accident or abuse.

Except as expressly provided herein, Fast Fittings does not make any warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to its products, including without limitation any implied or expressed warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, under no circumstance shall Fast Fittings be liable for lost profits, lost savings or other consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages, or for acts of negligence that are not intentional or reckless in nature regardless of whether it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
